application / DEPLOYMENT PRESET

Prometheus

Prometheus is an open-source monitoring and alerting toolkit designed for reliability and scalability.

Before you start

  • Private endpoint with the image’s built-in self-scrape configuration. No cluster credentials or automatic host scraping are granted.
  • Bake reviewed scrape targets into a derivative image and attach permitted virtual networks before monitoring other applications.
  • Seven-day / 2 GB retention; allocate sufficient disk and configure remote storage separately.

Use this preset

  1. Open the Catalog in your own Hakopod dashboard and select Prometheus.
  2. Choose the project, environment, and application name. Set the required values and secret references.
  3. Review the generated configuration, resource requests, networking, and storage plan.
  4. Deploy, then inspect readiness and logs. Configure backups for persistent data before relying on the service.
