application / DEPLOYMENT PRESET

jenkins

Jenkins is a free, open-source automation server that helps developers build, test, and deploy software by automating repetitive tasks in the software delivery pipeline.

Before you start

  • The host Docker socket is deliberately excluded. Use separately configured build agents.
  • Complete Jenkins unlock and administrator setup before sharing the URL. Back up JENKINS_HOME.

Use this preset

  1. Open the Catalog in your own Hakopod dashboard and select jenkins.
  2. Choose the project, environment, and application name. Set the required values and secret references.
  3. Review the generated configuration, resource requests, networking, and storage plan.
  4. Deploy, then inspect readiness and logs. Configure backups for persistent data before relying on the service.
